Why a shared record.

Once a plan is confirmed, it becomes the reference for everything after it: delivery, reporting and billing. Buyer and seller read the same record, at the same moment.

The problem it solves

Today each side keeps its own numbers. The seller's report and the buyer's report rarely match, and the gap is found weeks later. The shared record removes the second version of the truth.

What the record holds

  • The confirmed plan, line by line: channel, placement, flight, volume, price.
  • Who proposed, who countered, who confirmed, and when.
  • Delivery against each line, as it runs.
  • Every shortfall and every make-good, and who decided.

Shortfall first

When a line falls behind, the record says so before anyone asks. The selling agent proposes a make-good. The buyer decides. Nobody has to chase.

  1. Shortfall

Delivery is 8% behind plan on day 12 on the podcast mid-roll.

  2. Fanera

Proposes a make-good on the same channel.

  3. Buyer

Confirms. The plan line is updated on both sides.

Six words, on both sides

Proposed, Confirmed, Running, Delivered, Shortfall, Make-good. Every plan line carries one of them, and both sides see the same one. See the record in detail.
