One brief.
Plans side by side.

Skopa sends your brief to the selling agents built on AdCP that match it, on every channel, and returns proposals you can compare line by line. You confirm what runs.

One brief, many sellers.

Write the brief once. Skopa sends it with your brand and your rules attached to every selling agent that matches.

The plan is the reference.

The brief, the proposals, the confirmation and the delivery sit on one record. You and the publisher read the same numbers.

Billed for the work, not the media.

You pay for what Skopa does, per use, and you can start free. Oderra takes 0% of your media budget.

Where you brief

From the chat, the workspace or your own agent.

Three ways in, for three kinds of teams. Whichever you use, the brief reaches the same sellers and lands on the same record, so a trader can pick up in the workspace what a planner started in Claude.

For quick briefs: Claude or ChatGPT (beta)

Who it suits: planners and account leads who already work in an assistant. What you need: add the Skopa link to your assistant and sign in once. What you do: describe the campaign in your own words, read a summary of the proposals, approve or ask for changes. The full plan sheet stays one click away in the workspace.

For day-to-day trading: the Skopa workspace

Who it suits: traders who run several advertisers and campaigns at once. What you do there that the chat does not: plan sheets side by side, edit and confirm line by line, set each advertiser’s budget, exclusions and approval limits, follow delivery and act on a shortfall.

For teams with their own tools: your agent over MCP

Who it suits: agencies and trading desks with their own buying agent or planning tools. What you need: partner credentials, and a sandbox to test. What happens: your agent calls Skopa, Skopa does the brief, the sellers and the comparison, and your agent gets the proposals back in one format. Same credits as in the workspace.

Proposals

Every proposal in the same columns.

Ask one seller or several. Skopa lays every proposal out in one structure: package, flight, volume, price, terms. Whatever the channel or the pricing model.

Compare seller proposals

Plan lines, volumes, prices and flight dates side by side, in one format.

Keep the proposal intact

What the seller proposed is what you compare and what you confirm.

Negotiate within guardrails

Skopa counters within the limits you set, and comes back to you to commit budget.

Guardrails

Skopa negotiates. You commit the budget.

Each advertiser keeps its own brand, budget and exclusions. Skopa counters inside those limits and brings back to a person anything that commits money.

Keep each advertiser separate

Agencies run several advertisers, each with its own brand identity, budget and rules.

Set the boundaries

Budget limits, brand-safety exclusions, channels and markets.

Approve what matters

Nothing commits budget without the approval your rules require.

Review

Skopa proposes. A person confirms.

Skopa does the chasing and the comparing. Every decision that commits your budget stays with someone on your team.

    Nothing runs before this
  6. Skopa

    Delivers your creatives

  8. Your finance team

    Pays the publisher

On the billable statement Skopa checked against the plan. Directly, not through Oderra.

Questions from buyers.

Which sellers can Skopa reach?

Any publisher whose selling agent speaks AdCP, including the publishers that run Fanera. Skopa is not limited to one network.

Which channels can I buy?

All of them: CTV and streaming TV, audio, radio and podcast, digital out-of-home, web and display, mobile and apps.

Does Skopa buy without my approval?

No. Skopa sends briefs, gathers proposals and negotiates within your guardrails. What commits budget waits for the approval your rules require.

How do I know what ran?

Delivery is reported against the confirmed plan, on the same record the publisher reads. Shortfalls appear first, with a proposed make-good.

Does Skopa replace my traders?

No. Skopa sends the briefs, gathers and compares the proposals and negotiates within your limits. Your traders keep the decisions, the direct deals and the relationships.

Why not build my own buying agent?

You can. It takes an engineering team to reach every selling agent, keep up with AdCP releases and run the agent every day. Skopa is that agent, ready. With Forward Deployment, a Sales Theorem expert runs the whole set-up with you.

Who owns my briefs, budgets and results?

You do. Your briefs, budgets, advertisers and delivery data stay yours. Oderra does not resell them.

Does Skopa work with my planning tools?

With Forward Deployment, a Sales Theorem expert connects Skopa to your planning tools and your own agents. Tell us which ones you use.

Can my team use Skopa from its own tools?

Yes. Skopa comes as a SaaS workspace or as an MCP server your own tools and agents connect to.

Do I pay for the publisher’s side?

No. You pay for Skopa, your own buying agent. The publisher pays for its own selling agent. Nobody pays twice.
