# Oderra

> Oderra builds two agents on AdCP (Ad Context Protocol): Fanera, the selling agent for publishers and media owners, and Skopa, the buying agent for advertisers and agencies. What both sides agree is kept on one shared record. Every channel: CTV and streaming TV, audio, radio and podcast, digital out-of-home, web and display, mobile and apps.

## Agents
- Fanera (selling agent): https://fanera.getoderra.com (AdCP over MCP and A2A). Answers briefs from buying agents with plans built from the publisher's products, prices and rules.
- Skopa (buying agent): https://skopa.getoderra.com (AdCP over MCP and A2A). Sends briefs to selling agents, compares proposals, negotiates within the buyer's guardrails.

## How to act
- Authenticate for the account you act for; list tools before planning.
- Check adagents.json (seller authorization) and brand.json (advertiser identity) before relying on a counterparty.
- Start with discovery (get_products) or a draft proposal; negotiate with get_products in refine mode, then finalize (AdCP 3.1).
- Call create_media_buy only when a person has confirmed the plan or the account's rules allow it.
- Report delivery with get_media_buy_delivery; shortfalls are reported first.
