Privacy Policy
Draft: 2 points to confirm before publication.
This policy explains how Resonate Digital Pte. Ltd. ("we"), the company that operates Oderra, handles personal data on this website, in the Oderra app and through the Fanera and Skopa agents. Resonate Digital Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202514685N), with its registered address at 68 Trevose Crescent, #03-08, Trevose Park, Singapore 298069. Oderra, Fanera and Skopa are brands of Resonate Digital Pte. Ltd.
1. Our role
For your account, billing and our website, we decide how personal data is used: we are the controller.
For the data in your connected tools, briefs, plans and conversations, we process it on behalf of your company, which remains the controller. A data processing agreement is available on request at privacy@getoderra.com.
2. What we collect
Account: your name, work email and sign-in details, your company and your role.
Requests from this website: what you enter in the access or contact forms (name, work email, company, markets, your role, the size of your team, your ad server and main channel, the plan you chose on our pricing page, if any, and your message or question), the page you sent it from and the campaign that brought you, and your country, derived from your connection.
Connected tools: the inventory, avails, plans and delivery data the agents need. They rarely contain personal data, apart from the names and emails of the people who set up or confirm a deal.
Deals and conversations: briefs, proposals, confirmations, who confirmed what and when, and what you ask an agent.
Usage: credits used, actions taken, and technical data such as IP address, browser and device, kept in our logs.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the customer reference, amounts and invoices, never your full card number.
3. How we use it
To run the agents for you, keep the record of what both sides agreed, and show who confirmed what.
To run your account and organisation, count credits and bill your plan.
To answer the requests you send from this website.
To keep Oderra secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
To write to you about your account and, if you agree, about product news. You can opt out of product news at any time.
To improve Oderra, using how the service is used, never to train language models on your content.
Oderra does not make decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects on them.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: the contract with you or your company; our legitimate interests in running and securing Oderra and answering your requests; your consent, where required, for product news; and our legal obligations.
5. Language-model processing
To read briefs, compose plans and answer questions, the agents send the relevant content to a language model: [To confirm: language-model provider, for example Claude by Anthropic through its API]. Content sent this way is not used to train models.
6. Who we share it with
Subprocessors that help us run Oderra: Cloudflare, for this website and the requests sent from it; [To confirm: hosting provider and region of the app and the agents]; the language-model provider above; Stripe, for payments.
The other side of a deal: the confirmed plan, its delivery, and the names of the people who confirmed it, because the record belongs to both sides.
Authorities, when the law requires it. A buyer or successor, if Oderra is sold or merged, under the same protections.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
7. Where it is stored
Data may be processed in countries other than yours, including by the subprocessors above. When data moves to another country, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
Account and organisation data: while your account is open, then deleted within 30 days of closing it.
Requests sent from this website: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Deals and the record: while your organisation exists, and as long as the other side of a deal still relies on it. When you disconnect a tool, we stop accessing it and delete what we hold from it within 30 days.
Technical logs: 90 days. Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, keys and tokens are readable only by our servers, and access inside Oderra is limited to the people who need it. More on the Security page.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Write to privacy@getoderra.com. If your company is the controller, we pass your request to it.
You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the PDPC in Singapore or the CNIL in France.
11. Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It keeps two small items in your browser's local storage: the workspace you chose, and the campaign that brought you, so a request you send is attributed to it. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
The app uses the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
12. Children
Oderra is for work and not for anyone under 18.
13. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and tell you about significant ones before they apply.
